Abstract

We are presenting a calcifying odontogenic cyst, associated with odontoma and with an included permanent canine in the superior maxilla. Which can otherwise be identified as a mixed odontogenic benign tumour and for which has arisen the term \"Odontocalcifying odontogenic cyst \". Radiographically it is a well defined mixed radiolucent-radiopaque complaint and one that histopathologically consists of a large cyst in uhose central area can be found enamel and dentin deposits, irregularly distributed in areas and in other parts it takes on a well defined organoid aspect. A thorough checking of literature takes place and the pathogenesis is discussed.
