Abstract
To what extent we own our health and how we manage it is one of the unknowns that we try to clear in this editorial. Actually we are proactive as people of a group or we are part of a network managed by lobbies that lead us to make the best decision that interests them. After all this, They hide a series of recommendations to supposedly improve a globalized life and full of collective needs in th e face of individual decisions.
