Abstract
The vasoconstrictors have been involving in the production of hyperglycemic status in diabetes and normal patients, considering their use a risk for patients with uncontrolled diabetes. Although, this is truth, we have not valued the anxiety how source of endogenous catecholamines that affect the glycemia through the stimulation of hepatic glycogenolysis.
