Abstract
The cystic hygroms or lymphangiomas are benign tumors with exceptional appearance during adulthood. The overall incidence is 1.2 -2.8 cases per 1000 population / year, without sex predominance. They are classified as vascular tumors with their origin being inside the lymphatic system. Its treatment is surgical and complications and clinical suspicion of relapse are less usual in newborns and children. We present a case of an adult patient with cervical cystic hygrom who has been treated through surgery in our service.
