Protocolo del trasplante cardíaco en el postoperatorio inmediato

Abstract

• Introduction: The peculiarities of the transplanted heart and critical situation in the immediate postoperative period led us to consider the need to update your host protocol to ensure a comprehensive and quality care. • Objective: To synthesize a poster resources and skilled interventions with the patient and family as well as controls, records and warning signs to consider. • Material and methods: Review of protocols of Cardiac Postoperative host in general and in particular our transplant unit, and updating them through literature review and analysis of evidence based on our experience. • Results: We developed a poster which sets out the updated contents of the heart transplant protocol. • Conclusions: The placement of the poster in a conspicuous place, serves as a guide for all staff to use it as a tool to provide comprehensive care and patient newly transplanted standardized.
