Abstract
A 41-year-old woman had a history of 24-month headaches. Diagnosis of giant aneurysm left carotid siphon. The lesion had 28 mm length in its largest diameter and with an indefinite neck (extensive involvement of afferent vessel walls). Embolization was performed with platinum coils and placement of flow diverter device for derivation of blood flow.
