Resumo
The disease process affects not only the sick person, but extends to the realm of family relationships. Despite advances in the humanization of care that have occurred in recent years has barely changed with regard to possible rights of relatives of the patient. The regulation on health in Spain contains references to the family of a different nature. Throughout this work, what are the rights enumerated in the law and the ethical issues that affect family caregivers.
