Resumo
We report the case of a man of 65 years, was admitted to our clinic because of decreased visual acuity in the right eye in the examination under mydriasis fundus was seen in Hollenhorst plaques in retinal arterioles, accompanied by various periarteriolar haemorrhage in that eye, while the left fundus was normal. Through the eye diagnosis, we conducted a diagnosis of carotid insufficiency.
