Resumo
We present a double blind study made on 90 patients to evaluate the utility of using a viscous solution of triamcinolone-acetonide together with neomycin in the symptomatic treatment of recurrent oral aphthous stomatitis. The results we found positive against other products such as chlorhexidine, colchicine or the classic topic use of corticoids.
