Abstract

A case of tuberculous sepsis in a boy 12 years old is presented. His haematology strongly evoked a preleukotic syndrome. In this case, to perform a differential diagnosis is mandatory, because a delay in the specific treatment means a considerable aggravation of its prognosis, habitually very severe.
