Abstract

We report the case of a young diabetic treated with enalapril and repeated episodes of hypotension with symptoms compatible with unilateral anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Discussion: The diagnosis of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in childhood is rare but must be taken into account especially in patients with risk factors like this case.
