Resumo

The quality of care that nurses administer is conditioned by our level of training, as well as specialization and updating of knowledge; in short, by our professional training, in the same way that it is known that promoting access to "relevant and reliable" information through the Web or mobile applications (Apps), favors the speed of access to scientific evidence, even at the bedside, through our tablets and smartphones. This article wants to give visibility to The Wound Group of the Integrated Management Management of Ciudad Real, which has been working since 2016 on the development of several wound guides, posters and posters, which can serve as support for the training of professionals, but also as reliable and updated protocols for action, in the prevention and treatment of various skin lesions.
