Resumo
To standardize the use, standardization and protocol for the performance of cures in chronic wounds and dehiscences with fibrin rich in platelets and leukocytes (L-PRF) by nursing The following article presents four clinical cases of different types of lesions, various etiologies and different pathologies. It is also proposed to standardize and the protocol to be followed, for the treatment of wounds, chronic wounds and dehiscences with fibrin rich in platelets and leukocytes (L-PRF), as another additional treatment and improvement, to all those already existing by nursing. This treatment (L-PRF), consists of performing a blood draw of the patient, a process is carried out to obtain the final product, this process will be described in the development of the article. With the use of this technique, we will take full advantage of the healing properties of the blood and that will later be applied in the lesions that the patient presents. You can see in the results obtained that the healing time is reduced, it is a minimally invasive technique and being of autologous origin does not present rejection by the patient being this a fairly safe and economical method for the health system.
