Abstract

Nowadays severe mental disorders (TMS) have become one of mental health problems that deserve priority attention. Within the various programmes of community care, treatment Assertive Community (TAC) model represents the most comprehensive and effective. This paper will discuss the work in occupational therapy from the team of TMS Complex Hospital Xeral-Calde of Lugo.
