Abstract
Anxiety and depressive disorders have high comorbidity between them. One of the factors they have in common is the difficulty for the emotional regulation. Many times, these are one of the main reasons to refer patients to Mental Health Centers. In recent years, different explanatory models called transdiagnostic have surged to group factors that are involved in these disorders. This has led to the emergence of treatments based on these models, both in individual and group format. In this study we provide an abstract of the results obtained in the group therapy based in David H. Barlow`s Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional Disorders, which was implanted with patients who have follow-up in one of the Mental Health Centers of the health area of Ferrol.
