Abstract

Chronic Renal Insufficiency (CRI) is a disease that affects the kidney, in which glomerular filtered is diminished. This decrease took place throughout the time and it has definitive character. It constitutes a grave situation that needs cares and an extreme watchfulness; and in that nutrition presents a series of problems that must be resolved inside a few necessary limits. For it, people who suffer from CRI must follow a suitable, individualized and adaptable diet as the disease progresses. In this work, we show an example of diet based on weekly menu for CRI of 45 gr. of proteins and with restriction of sodium.
